“Tellis came out because my basement had become wet when my AC drain malfunctioned. I had shop vacced what I could & rented a steam cleaner from Home Depot to try to clean it myself. There was still a mildew smell. Tellis pulled up my carpet, showed me that my pad was still wet & replaced my pad, sanitized everything, layed the carpet perfectly, then cleaned the carpet. The price was very reasonable. Trying to do it myself was a waste. I wish I would have found him sooner. I am very pleased with the service, look of the carpet, price, & his professionalism. “We have found THE best carpet cleaning company ever! The owner’s name is Tellis and he did the work. He was so nice and good at his job. He didn’t rush to get done and move on. He was honest with us at the outset about expectations on very old stains but as it turned out he got most of the stains OUT! We had a very dirty light brown carpeting and it was literally brown with dirt. It looks almost new again with the exception of heavy traffic areas which show wear and the fiber is slightly off color but not dirty. I waited three weeks before writing this review to see if old dirty areas began showing up again as they have in the past with other cleaners and they DID NOT. Just the places where the fibers were worn in heavy traffic areas that are a slight gray. My sister stopped in as he was finishing and liked his work so much she hired him to clean her sofa and recliner as well. Needless to say they look brand new. Please give Tellis Bentley a try! I don’t think you will be disappointed.”
